About Us

Fit4Duty founder Kelly Donovan with Senator Murray Sinclair

Fit4Duty Founder & President, Kelly Donovan, had been a police officer for 5 years when she witnessed corruption within her police service when conducting internal investigations.

In May, 2016, Kelly addressed her Police Services Board since they are the oversight body responsible for the effective management of the police service.

The issues Kelly addressed were not objectively or impartially investigated and she became the subject of the very corrupt internal investigation process she had originally addressed.

Over the next 14 months, Kelly contacted every government agency responsible for police oversight to draw attention to the reprisal she was now facing and no agency was willing to intervene.

What resulted was the birth of a passion to fix the current systems that limit ethical conduct and breed toxic workplace cultures. Fit4Duty – The Ethical Standard was born.

For those employers who do not believe they could ever benefit from Fit4Duty, let us survey your employees to gauge the ethical climate in your organization.  We’re so confident that you can benefit from at least one of our services that we’ll conduct the survey for free!

I’ve been married for 38 years and am sick and tired of being bossed around and bullied by Lucy. This book may come in handy. Since I’m related to Mike Duffy I don’t pay taxes, so this is a deal.

Dang I just lost my comment too although I know I hit the wrong key somehow/somewhere. Anyways I was just giving Tommy heck for his last comment plus I was telling Debbie that I bought Kelly’s book on-line this morning albeit using Betty’s credit card.

I just watched the video with Kelly Donavan speaking to committee and 3 politicians asked her questions about problems with the police force and system as a whole. This lady knows her stuff. Her efforts to bring a constructive change has cost her financially, personally and time wise. Few politicians have stepped up to fix the wrongs. These bastards are more interested in votes than in doing the right things that will be remembered forever. There are few people I have met that try to become game changers for the better of all. Al Marshall also stands out. She is right! She is smart! She is my kind of person! She deserves to be recognized and listened to by those that can promote change for betterment! One can now see just how out of control and above the laws the police really are.
    Kelly Donavan…..BRAVEHEART.
