Remember someone on your site (Tom) said the 2 vote loser would be back in the next Election and there he is bigger than life,

I know.. Tommy has his ear to the ground on all of this

Well lets face it..Anyone with common sense and a bit of smarts about them know that online voting is not a secure way to cast your ballot…We do not know if the vote has been set up to be directed to a candidate you do not want to get your vote and we will never find out…Seems really convenient that our Mayor decided on online voting when members of the public spoke specifically and stated that online voting is not a secure vote…Then you have the councillor that voted for the City to utilize online voting because ‘Staff Recommended It’… tells me that that Councillor is a Spineless Wonder and should not even be there representing his electorate.
Then you get a Cybersecurity Professional (which brought ire to Craig) coming to the podium and telling Council this once again…
As far as I am concerned the only reason and I state this once more the only reason that online voting has been put into place once again is to Secure and have Dug Craig back at the helm…He needs to be ‘Turfed’

Now the Provincial Election is over…On to Municipal and see what will take place..We need to get rid of Doug Craig. He has been mayor for so long he thinks his ass belongs there…Well guess what..It Doesn’t..so the motto for the election needs to be ABC Anyone But Craig…

Why do you think the mayor wants online voting. There ya go. Question answered. It also keeps away those that could beat him in a paper election. Everyone knows about this and now Price is running. That tells me he might just get tossed a few hundred votes. Now that Belinda won in a fair election it shows why paper is trusted more. I told everyone I could about those NDP people that are on council before voting for Knight. Probably a fine lady but ya run with the dogs ya get fleas. 2,000 more votes for the PC’S here. That tells me no one trusts the NDP to run Ontario. Great job Belinda!

Right Tom…Douggie knows that with online he can get voted in..We just need to keep getting the word out there that you need to use paper ballots just like Provincial and Federal elections..It has been said that this election had a good turnout of voters…hmm…people took the time to come to the Polling station to vote…And our city seems to think that by allowing online voting more people will vote…Douggie just doesn’t want to be ‘turfed’ like his counterpart Kathleen Wynne was…Douggie is a sore loser and the only way he can have his ass in the ‘captains’ chair is by online voting..So..if you don’t want another four years of Doug Craig..Vote Him Out…Drain the Swamp of the biggest Croc of them all!!

Don’t forget the others including Karl Keeefer. No vote Karl for the police committee. I remember his comments from 2010. Hermy the Hamster before him.

At a Function last Evening and One of the Ladies who has know K.K. all her life, said she seen him and went to give him a hug, and he backed away and said I can not hug anybody any more, so I said to her you should have said “and I can not vote for you any more”

has anyone noticed that not one single letter was written complaining about machines not working, voters in line being cut off and sent home without voting, city staff working the polls, candidates getting a Price Bump, no voters cards, internet voting or anything else similar to the way our city runs elections. Certain people need to be elected here and any means will do. The mayor must go!

Yes – we did notice the absence of complaints at June election – amazing the difference wasn’t it from our last municipal elections.
Are we in for the same crap again in Oct. – dishonest – unfair – fixed – limited polls – disorganized on purpose – etc. election – probably as we see who is in again for Mayor – doesn’t he have a life??
Certainly not looking forward to the total confusion that Craig & his bunch cause at election time – so unfair to the seniors & long-time voters. Sure likes to mess up things doesn’t he……. need new blood for Mayor for sure!!!
sure like the campaign buzz – ABC – Anybody But Craig – love it!!

On the weekend I stopped by the local ATM at near Franklin and Dundas Street to do some banking. When I tried to go in the door I noticed it was locked so as I looked up I saw a posting indicating the 24-hour indoor access to the ATM was no longer available as of Feb 20, 2018. Needless to say, I was pissed, and I immediately blamed RBC.

Two days later, I came back to confront this problem and find out what was the issue. So I went up to the teller and asked what is going on regarding the inside instant machines access closed after business hours. The Teller then explained to me that RBC has closed access to all Instant Tellers across Cambridge because of many people feeling “Unsafe” using the ATM’s because of the crime in Cambridge and the Homeless sleeping in the ATM floor. Hearing this got my “Blood Boiling” because this affects everyone now

Doug Craig has done nothing to control the Crime and Drugs in Downtown East Galt and now these deadbeats have come to out to the residential areas of Cambridge.

Few people if any visit Downtown Galt as it has turned into a Sewer of Drugs and Crime with most retail stores vacating this area. Unless you consider the Money Marts, Tattoo Parlours, Cambridge Food Bank, Giant Tiger and numerous Homeless Shelter a place you really want to visit.

Just look down Main Street at all the empty storefronts and tell me that Doug Craig is doing a great job!

Now, what has Doug Craig done to resolve this on-going problem? Well, hardly anything at all. He says he wants more police yet I have not seen any evidence of that.

He wants cameras in the downtown. That will not solve this problem as they will only move out of sight of these cameras into other neighborhoods like yours or maybe to your local ATM. The drug problem has not gotten any better as well, as many residents are finding needles on streets and parks.

You can only conclude that Doug Craig and his City Council has no interest in doing anything about Crime, Drugs and the many deadbeats found in Cambridge. What Doug wants to do is to let these issues become his platform for this October Municipal Election so do not be fooled by Doug Craig for a moment.

We need to band together so to not split the vote with other minions of Doug Craig, and find a new Manager for the affairs of the City of Cambridge. Doug Craig has failed all the residents of Cambridge and it is time for a change!

wow Vincent – you said it all. Hopefully residents will wake up to the uselessness of Craig. He is only interested in bringing people into town, but they can’t get out – to work – the 401 is plugged every day. You can’t keep adding to a city without go-train service. He is so dumb & if people vote him in again – they are even dumber. We need business offering jobs.
Yes, I for one never go downtown Galt. Where all the money goes but it isn’t helping anything. We have the Bridge to nowhere, a sign no one sees, and mega millions spent on a bookless library that only services a small # of people.
Yes Craig must go- we need only one good person to run against him. Lets get rid of him & his dreamy ideas. Need new people on Council also. We only have 3 self-thinkers on there now.
Craig has to go……enough waste of tax dollars. Our water is bad, streets are a mess, homeless people are coming to Galt because they know they will be set once here. Wake up voters. No more Craig. No more wasted tax dollars. No more millions wasted on useless show buildings & bridges definitely to nowhere.

Vincent is correct. Time for the mayor to vanish. Let’s see how many jobs he brought back to Cambridge from the expensive trip to Japan. Can you believe it! Dyke and a staff member went as well. Time to blow up the thinking bubble of free world trips. Maybe I can send the cops to Dykes house for damaging our taxpayer dollars taking a staff member for a freebee. Must be nice….check please.

Tom: I wrote an article about that so-call trip to Japan on June 17 with the Cambridge Political Action Committee. Check it out!

So why was a staff member paid to go? Doug is long in the tooth and must go. A large turnover of council coming up. Just like the China trip….no jobs or work.

Some others are saying that Randy Carter is friends with Doug Craig. I need some proof of that before I write this guy off. I met him in person a week ago and he seems like a pretty likable guy who is from Newfoundland with a very large family.

Send me some comments if you can find out any information about the connection between Randy and Doug.
